The students in Grade Five participated in the "Pen and Parchment" program at the Adams National Historical Park.
Children assumed the roles of delegates to the Continental Congress and made an imaginary journey form Quincy to Pennsylvania
to take part in the crucial debate over the Declaration of Independence.
