Under the direction of Mrs. Ann Louise Sullivan, our Grade 8 Religion teacher, our students entered the National Maryknoll Fathers and Brothers essay contest. We thank Mrs. Sullivan for her commitment to excellence in our Religion program and offering our students the opportunity to shine both locally and nationally.
The title of the essay was “How to spread the Good News in an age of technology”.
We were very pleased to have Father Kevin Hanlon, Northeast Director of the Maryknoll
Fathers and Brothers, from Maryknoll, New York, come to St Agatha School on March 18th to present the 2nd Place prize to Julia Pelletier, one of our eighth grade students, who was a one of the winners in their national contest of over 2500 entries. |
