St. Agatha School Student Governors had the privilege of meeting with Jim Orcutt, founder of My Brother’s Keeper, and learning the history of this wonderful charitable organization.  Mr. Orcutt told the students that thousands of families contact MBK each Christmas Season.  He went on to explain how God always answers the prayers of the broken hearted and that each one of them was chosen by God in answer to a prayer.  Students spent their visit in the warehouse shopping and wrapping for three families that are now able to wake up on Christmas morning and joyfully rejoice in the birth of our Lord. It was an experience that sparked lots of conversation on the bus ride home…much of it centered on how “we should come back tomorrow”.
