Recently, a wonderful time was had by all in Grade 8 Spanish class.

In honor of National Chocolate Day, on October 28, 2015, the following students in Señora Mosman’s Spanish class had the opportunity to make their own “Churros and Mexican Chocolate”; Esperanza Acloque, Margarita Farrell, Elisa Butts, Sofía Goulart, Catalina Hobon, Paz McGowan, Pedro Mehtala, Diego Odegaard, Gloria Sravin, y Dolores Vixama. Accompanying our class in our endeavors to ‘make authentic Churros for the first” were Señora Stavin (Meghan’s mom, a wonderful cook and organizer), Señora Mehtala (Jared’s mom, who also provided the ice cream and the cooking ` gracias), Señora Tierney (Colleen Goulard’s mom, who provided us with a brand new frying skillet! Huge). Also, attending the huge successful event were many faculty members including our new principal Mr. Kyle Egan, Gracias (THANKS) to deacon Dan Sullivan to photos and special thank to Mrs. Winters for all her assistance, support and friendship, Jim Burke and Brayden Willis our gym teacher, who stayed on hand to help with clean up and that includes lots of eating! ¡Todo el mundo se disfrute and era un evento con mucho exito y memorias por todo! Everyone enjoyed themselves and it was a successful and memorable time for all.
